We believe in helping every student grow academically, in character, and in faith. We excitedly proclaim salvation in Jesus Christ in all that we do. Our approach to education and classroom management is motivated by the understanding that every student is a unique child of God and loved by Him. Our teachers work to help the students live moral lives that value themselves and others. We also want our children to experience the wonders of His creation and have regular opportunities for enrichment with field trips and other extra-curricular activities.
The average class size is 10-15 students. Our teachers K-8 hold a KS teaching license and participate in continuing education to improve their knowledge and skills.
Trinity offers Preschool for children ages 3 and 4. The cost for the PK3 program is $650 ($65 per month) for the year. The cost for the PK4 program is $850 ($85 per month) for the full year. PK programs require a $50 enrollment fee. Registration begins in March.

All students PK-8 have Family Activity Fee of $15 (per family)
All students K-8 have an Activity Fee of $35.00 (per student)
Textbook, Technology, Dress Down, and Family Activity Fees are due with first payment. Activity Fee of $35 may be paid with tuition payment(s).
Grant and Aid: Tuition assistance is available to families. For more information refer to the Parent Handbook or contact our office.

Yes. Trinity participates in the KS State Assessments.
Our curriculum is based on the KS College and Career Standards. Our religion curriculum is through One in Christ. We integrate technology in our instruction and assessment and use data to focus on student strengths and needs.
Yes. Students have opportunity to participate in Athletics (grades 4-8 depending on sport) and Academic Competitions with other Lutheran Schools. We also participate in the Gathering of the Talents through Concordia University.
Of course! We are here to serve all students and families in the community who desire a quality Christian education. We have many students from different congregations.
Trinity receives support through Atchison Public Schools (USD 409) Special Education services for students who are on IEPs. Services such as speech, PT, and OT are administered on site. Trinity also receives Title I services through USD 409 where students are identified for additional help in math and reading. Those services are provided on site.
Families are responsible for getting their children to and from school. Carpooling is encouraged. We do not provide bus transportation.
Trinity has a standardized dress code. We believe standardized dress improves academic focus and helps create an orderly educational environment for our students.
